Overview
In this role you will lead a Hampshire luxury residential development from early phases through to completion, coordinating internal and external works. You will oversee a growing on-site team and report to the Project/Contracts Manager, ensuring the project meets high standards. The position offers progression as the developer has a healthy pipeline of work. You will operate within a professional, safety-conscious environment focused on delivering premium homes.
Pay / Benefits
- salary up to £65,000 plus package
Responsibilities
- oversee development from inception through completion
- manage internal and external works on site
- lead Assistant/Site Managers and coordinate with project team
- report to Project/Contracts Manager
- ensure high-standard delivery of luxury homes
Key requirements
- experience with residential developers on traditional build schemes
- experience with luxury apartments or townhouses
- CSCS Black Card (Desirable)
- SMSTS
- First Aid Certificates
