Overview

In this role you will manage high-end residential schemes, ensuring quality and smooth execution. You will engage with clients and coordinate on design changes, adapting to evolving details. The projects span refurbishments, new builds and extensions, sometimes involving listed buildings and complex supply chains. Your work will be in Surrey, Hampshire or Berkshire, with exposure to specialist sub-contractors and long-lead imported materials. This is a client-facing, professional position offering a clear path to progression in a dynamic sector.

Responsibilities

  • deliver high-end residential schemes to time and quality targets
  • maintain strong client liaison and professionalism on site
  • coordinate with designers and subcontractors to adapt to design/detail changes
  • manage procurement and coordination of specialist subcontractors
  • oversee complex sites including listed buildings and long-lead material schedules
  • monitor health & safety, site quality, and progress against programme
  • navigate changes in scope and maintain project documentation
  • support senior management with site planning and logistics

Key requirements
