General Foreman in Hampshire, Liphook

We’re seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our rail team delivering key infrastructure works across Hampshire. You’ll play a crucial role in managing on-site operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily site activities and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with Network Rail standards and company procedures. * Lead site briefings, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture. * Coordinate materials, plant, and labour to meet project deadlines. * Liaise with Engineers, Project Managers, and Clients to ensure smooth project delivery. * Monitor quality, progress, and report on productivity and performance. Requirements: * Proven experience as a General Foreman (Rail/Civils). * Knowledge of Network Rail standards and working within rail possessions. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification essential. * SSSTS/SMSTS qualification desirable. * Full UK Driving Licence.
