The projects covered will be in the region of Surrey, South and South West London areas.The ideal candidate would have experience with a UK residential developer or main contractor on a permanent basis or long term contract.Must have proven experience working on projects up to 30m+ in either residential, commercial and/or education projects in the UK.In return my client can offer a competitive salary up to 50,000 plus a package and career progression within the company.A degree in Quantity Surveying would be essential.RICS membership would be desirable but not essential.CIOB membership would be desirable but not essential.If you are interested, please apply and send your CV across.
