Job ID: 4081Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + packageRegion: SurreyContact: RobPhone: 07733 529 573I have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Southern region near Woking, Surrey.The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to 20m in value.They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Quantity Surveyor that can work on large projects autonomously. Project values are on average circa 10m, and they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is capable of delivering projects from inception through to completion.The ideal person will have at least 5 years’ experience, be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.Experience: Ideally Degree QualifiedMinimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main ContractorAble to work autonomously on large projects, circa 10m in valueExperienced working on D&B projectsIdeally new build and refurbishment experienceTrack record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectorsFull UK Drivers’ licenseAble to commute to Surrey (near Woking) on a daily basisIf you are a Quantity Surveyor with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
