The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.The company have a huge pipeline of work and are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager. The ideal person will be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.Experience: Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualificationExperience working for a reputable Main ContractorNew build and refurbishment experienceTrack record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectorsAbility to achieve successful outcomes through building strong teams who work together for the common goodAble to coach and develop team members to a higher level of personal performanceStrong commercial skills and awarenessExperience in D&B, framework, two stage and negotiated contractsPreconstruction knowledge and able to assist with tenderingFull UK Drivers’ licenseAble to commute to Woking, Surrey on a daily basisIf you are a Contracts Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
