This is a new office for a large developer and they are concentrating on varied schemes but including traditional house building and high rise flats.Due to internal promotion they are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to run their sites that are based in South London and Surrey. You will need to have experience of working on up to 4 projects at once and dealing with any issues on-site. You should have experience of liaising with Architects and Engineers and be able to keep control of costs keeping the QS informed and making sure variations are dealt with fairly.Requirements:Have ran multiple projects as a Contracts Manager for a large residential developerTo have worked for a residential developer on varied projectsProven record of delivering sites on time under budgetHealth & Safety qualification
