The contractor concerned build a mixture of land led deals and frameworks for a variety of HA and RP clients. The projects consist of high rise RC developments to 15 storey throughout London.
This is an excellent opportunity as this company has excellent relations and good dialogue with all of their sub-contractors and always pay on time. They do however need an astute and sharp quantity surveyor who can check all payments and get value from the sub-contractors and payments.
