In this role you will lead the technical team for a residential developer in Farnborough, guiding design from inception through to delivery. You will drive high-quality, innovative solutions on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes, coordinating between clients, consultants and construction teams. You’ll manage information flow, problem-solve daily, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets. Responsibilities
- Achieve design quality and maintain innovative market positioning

Key requirements
- Reinforced concrete and high-rise residential project experience
- Led own team with ability to drive decisions autonomously
- Experience on large residential schemes
- Strong communication with clients, consultants and construction teams
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards
- Degree qualified in construction or equivalent
