Overview
You will lead a large 220-unit new build residential project in Farnborough for a leading housebuilder. The role involves managing the project from inception to completion, coordinating site teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver traditional build homes and apartments on time and to budget. This is a chance to drive delivery on a high-profile development with a safety- and quality-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- oversee the residential project from inception to completion
- coordinate and motivate site teams and subcontractors
- ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards on site
- manage project scope, schedule, and budget for a 220-unit development
- maintain high quality build standards and align with company reputation
Key requirements
- proven track record as Project Manager for a reputable housebuilder
- experience managing traditional build projects
- strong team management and motivational skills
- excellent technical knowledge in construction
- good longevity with previous employers
