Overview
In this role you will lead a new build residential project in Epsom, overseeing delivery of 88 traditional houses and flats from groundworks onward. You will work within a reputable housebuilder known for quality and staff care, ensuring safe, on-time completion. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standards and drive project success. This is a hands-on leadership role on a high-profile residential development with a strong safety and quality focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site delivery of a large residential project from groundworks to completion
- Act as No.1 on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Maintain strict health and safety practices and compliance
- Monitor programme progress, quality, and budget, reporting to senior management
- Foster a collaborative, safety-focused site culture
Key requirements
- Track record as No.1 on large new build residential projects
- Experience with reputable housebuilders
- Strong health & safety mindset
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
- Degree qualification or related qualifications preferred
- Able to commute to Epsom, Surrey
