Job ID: 7816Salary: 53,000 - 60,000 plus packageLocation: High Wycombe, BuckinghamshireRegion: BerkshirePLC Housebuilder urgently require a Development Planner to work in their busy Land and Planning division.The PLC Housebuilder has an excellent reputation for unlocking some of the largest and most complicated development schemes outside of London and has one of the largest Land banks in the Country.The role will be to gain planning consent on locked land parcels already owned and to gain planning permission on land that has been bought by the Land department in addition to further optimising land deals with Planning to maximise the profitability of sites by increasing density to fit the company profile and product.The role will suit someone that has at least 4 years’ experience of planning for a housebuilder or a Consultancy.The role will report into the Planning Manager who in turn reports into the Land & Planning Director. There are many promotional aspects with this role and the successful candidate could get promoted to Planning Manager based on results.
