They have an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join them on permanent basis.Key AttributesThe successful candidate will be reporting into the Contracts Manager, and will be responsible for a team of Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Finishing Foreman.Experience within a similar role where you have been managing teams and producing high quality traditional residential schemes.Chair, attend and minute meetings with internal team members and external Contractors, design team or other relevant partiesEnsure site presentation is maintained to a high standard in order to maximise sales potential.Planning and monitoring the project and development of team membersExperience of working of residential housing projects 200 units +A proven track record of delivering previous projects from inception to completion and handover.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking to take their next challenge.
