We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our team, working across East Anglia on a busy Civil Rail Reactive Framework.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced rail professional who is confident managing reactive civil engineering works, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and delivering works safely and efficiently within a live rail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of reactive civil engineering works across the East Anglia region.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials and site activities.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant rail, health & safety and environmental requirements.
  • Complete site documentation, briefings, permits and records as required.
  • Monitor programme, quality and productivity.
  • Respond effectively to reactive and short-notice works.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture across all site activities.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Site Agent / Site Supervisor / Site Manager within civil engineering and/or rail.
  • CRE-C competence – essential.
  • PTS (Personal Track Safety) – essential.
  • Experience working within a rail environment.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety requirements and safe systems of work.
  • Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout East Anglia.

Salary upto £65,000 plus pkg.
