Job Description:

Pinnacle Recruitment is a professional specialist head-hunter, recruiting within niche Technical and Professional market sectors. We are expanding and opening a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1, and are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with experience in recruiting management staff within a Civil Engineering Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. The role involves recruiting Civil Engineering Professionals across various disciplines, including Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Bid Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, etc., for both large national contractors and regional smaller contractors.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their section and potentially manage a team, with support from experienced senior management. We welcome recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, and a passion for recruitment, especially those with a good working knowledge of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors. Even candidates with limited headhunting experience are encouraged to apply, as we provide training to develop headhunting skills.

We offer an uncapped monthly commission structure with no fixed seat value, and opportunities to grow and manage your own team or develop personal skills. Our working environment is professional yet non-corporate, with tools such as a fully expensed mobile, gym membership, and strategic management support.
