They carry out new build and refurbishment projects between 1m to 15m in all major sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial and leisure.They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of overseeing projects from inception through to completion. They have a large pipeline of work in Cambridge, South Essex and North London so the Senior Site Manager will be working across these geographical areas long term. Therefore, the role is really suited to someone that is either located between these areas of happy to travel across these areas long term.Key Attributes: Track record working as a Senior Site Manager for a reputable Main ContractorExperienced in the management of projects across varied sectors and of differing types of construction and with a value range of between 1m and 15mBe able to manage efficiently, effectively and safely the day to day running of a construction project with the support of a visiting Contracts Manager on a weekly basisExcellent quality and Health & Safety record / standardsStrong technical experience; ideally coming from a trade backgroundBe able to plan events on site and prepare short term programmes and communicate these effectively to the workforce and management teamsBe able to monitor progress on site and review and instigate corrective action plans when necessaryBe able to manage the project on site with a cost effective approach and in accordance with the strategy set at tender stageSMSTS, CSCS and First AidHappy work on projects located in Cambridge, South Essex and North LondonIf you are a Senior Site Manager and feel that you would be ideally suited to this opportunity, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
