The project is working on a medium sized residential scheme working on a mix of traditional build town houses and apartments.

This developer is a top 5 house builder in the UK they hold a strong name in the construction industry for their luxury developments, they have an extremely strong pipeline of work with new projects coming up and ready to start very soon.

Ideal candidate5-7 years' experience as a Site Manager.

You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.

Developer experience.

Traditional build experience. A strong track record as a Site Manager.

Seeing projects from inception to completion.

Having worked on medium to large schemes. CSCS Card. SMSTS certificate.

First Aid Certificate.

Valid driving licence.

The responsibilities for this role Overseeing all of the site staff including subcontractors.

Making sure Health and safety is up to the client's standard.

Responsibility for the whole site.

Making sure all of the method statements are all correct.

Site managing the site from start to finish.
