Overview
In this role you will support a high-growth residential developer with a strong design and technical team. You will drive project delivery for refurbishment and new build schemes, lead a team, and ensure compliance and safe, quality outcomes. You will work across construction knowledge, planning and regulatory requirements to improve housing design and delivery. Responsibilities
- Manage and guide refurbishment and new build schemes
- Lead and manage a project team
- Support and advise on design, engineering construction knowledge
- Ensure Building Regulations and NHBC compliance
- Apply Health & Safety/CDM regulations in projects
- Maintain awareness of planning legislation and project timelines
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve housing design and delivery
Key requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent (HNC/ONC)
