Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial delivery on a large £30m project (new build offices and film studios)
- Drive cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Prepare and manage financial reporting and performance against budgets
- Collaborate with site teams and head office to mitigate risk and maximize value
Key requirements
- Strong experience with a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record on large commercial projects
- Degree / HND Qualified
- Able to commute to Borehamwood daily
