Job ID: 18882Salary: 60,000 - 65,000Location: BirminghamRegion: Birmingham, MidlandsPinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, on a project in Birmingham responisble for Construction Fit out package, working for a major contractor.Duties:As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage ongoing relationships with the subcontractors to deliver on the infrastructure projects.Handle the tendering process to find best subcontractors within the Fit out space.Negotiate contracts including plant, materials, resources and of course, incredibly skilled people.Sourcing local subcontractors.Work with key stakeholders.Commercial reporting.RequirementsTrack record working as a Quantity Surveyor on first out projectsIdeally have experience within Healthcare projects.The ability to deliver projects successfullyIdeally be degree educated, but this is not essential.The role would suit either a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, who has a background on large fit out projects.If you have the above experience and want to discuss this opportunity please apply today.
