Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor urgently seeks a Construction Manager who can work NIGHTS in Birmingham. This role is to manage and supervise the stripout and refit of fire protection and prevention within the M&E of a live in-use site.

Due to the site being live and busy during the daytime, it is required to work NIGHTS from 7pm to 5am. Previous hospital experience, prison experience, or any secure environment which is in use day and night will be required. This will require specialist M&E experience, managing fire protection and prevention on major M&E packages which will equate to £150m over 5 years (£30m package value per annum).
