Overview
As a Senior Site Manager, you will lead a large traditional-build residential project in Aylesbury, guiding the site from groundworks through completion. You’ll work within a national developer known for building vibrant communities and substantial local infrastructure. Expect to oversee and motivate cross-functional site teams, manage project milestones, and uphold safety and quality standards. This role offers impact at scale on a circa 120-unit scheme, with a two-year horizon and a clear delivery focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate full site teams to deliver a large residential scheme
- Oversee delivery from inception through to completion on a traditional-build project
- Coordinate on-site activities at groundworks stage and progress to completion
- Maintain safety, quality, and programme adherence on site
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project milestones and community goals
Key requirements
- Proven track record delivering large new build residential projects from inception to completion
- Experience with reputable house builders
- Strong general construction knowledge
- Excellent man-management and team leadership skills
- First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications
