Pinnacle are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for a contractor based in london, who have lots of interesting and complex rail projects. Key Responsibilities * Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing the commercial aspects of railway track-work and infrastructure projects. * Support with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts. * Contribute to the financial and contractual administration of various workstreams. * Help monitor project costs, ensuring financial control and reporting against budgets. * Collaborate with project teams, design teams, and clients to support project delivery. * Undertake site visits as required to support commercial activities. Experience: * Some relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management is beneficial, ideally within a construction, infrastructure, or rail environment.
