They have an excellent opportunity for a Project Technical Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range prestigious Residential schemes.They provide excellent customer service standards, and dedicated to pushing the development of housing designs.PROJECTResidential high end new build developmentLOOKING FORLooking for someone with experience in new build residential projectsHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessExperienced and knowledge of Infrastructure, road works and facilitiesGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customersPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsDegree qualified or EquivalentEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the daily design management of the assigned projectsPrepares the Design Management Plan for the project.Overall management of the design process including technical design matters from pre-planning through to completion.Prepare scopes and participate in the appointment of Consultants, when required.Identify all surveys, site investigations and consultants that would be required on a project.Identify and manage design risks to ensure that they are mitigated in good time.Production and maintenance of design deliverable package programme.Support the Procurement and Construction teams.Take responsibility for site evaluation, architectural and engineering design.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
