Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer for a Main Contractor to work on various civil's projects across highways, water, rail and other civil's projects.
You will play a leading role in designing complex engineering projects and providing technical guidance on the projects to ensure they are completed to a high standard from a design point of view.
Duties:
- Lead the design and engineering phases of projects.
- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and resolve any technical issues.
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering exercises.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
About you:
You will need to have experience working as a Senior Design Engineer on large civil s projects for structural design. Have a Degree in civil engineering or another related field and ideally working towards you CEng. Proven experience in design programmes.
Salary is upto 65,000k + car and package.
