A Surrey based main contractor is looking or a Working Foreman to oversee the delivery of their smaller projects whilst being ‘hands on’ if need be.
The project delivers a variety of refurbishment, extension and new build schemes across the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire area with projects ranging in value from £250k to £10m.
Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will initial be working on a project in the Guildford area which consists of roof and side extension with comprehensive refurbishment works.
From an internal trade background, ideally Carpentry, and with good communication capabilities (written and verbal) coupled with a good eye for detail – you will be looking for a long term opportunity with an established business where you can further develop your management skills.
