This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to make a step up to a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Civil Rail Main Contractor with a huge presence across the UK. You will be working on £200m of the CP5 Framework spanning mainly from Manchester to Warrington but the role will be predominantly office‑based in Warrington.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a number of projects, take on a client facing role and manage a team of Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyors.

- To have the opportunity to step up to a Senior role now or in the next 12 months with 6 monthly pay reviews.
- Work on a Major Network Rail framework.
- Have a relevant qualification, e.g. HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Have at least 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Ideally will have experience on a Framework or Maintenance contract.
- Be proficient in the use of NEC or NR forms of contract.
- Good communication skills.
Remuneration is £45-£65k+pkg dependent on experience. The package includes company phone, car/car allowance, mobile phone, private healthcare, life insurance, paid holiday and an excellent pension scheme.
