An award winning developer with an enviable reputation within the Construction industry currently have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a new build scheme comprising 35 x one and two bedroom apartments in Warlingham, Surrey.
The company have been around for a number of decades and have a great reputation for delivering new build apartments Nationwide. They have won numerous awards for their work over the years, including 5-star ratings for customer satisfaction.
They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the Senior Site Manager on a new build scheme in Warlingham, Surrey that comprises 35 x one and two bedroom apartments, built with traditional construction methods. The project is currently at the groundworks stage with enabling works and piling due to begin soon.
- Ideally Degree / HND qualified or come from a trade background
