The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for a Project Technical Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range prestigious Residential schemes.
They provide excellent customer service standards, and dedicated to pushing the development of housing designs.

LOOKING FOR
- Looking for someone with experience in new build residential projects
- Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
- Experienced and knowledge of Infrastructure, road works and facilities
- Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
- Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
- Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
- Degree qualified or Equivalent
- Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the daily design management of the assigned projects
- Prepares the Design Management Plan for the project.
- Overall management of the design process including technical design matters from pre-planning through to completion.
- Prepare scopes and participate in the appointment of Consultants, when required.
- Identify all surveys, site investigations and consultants that would be required on a project.
- Identify and manage design risks to ensure that they are mitigated in good time.
- Production and maintenance of design deliverable package programme.
- Support the Procurement and Construction teams.
- Take responsibility for site evaluation, architectural and engineering design.
