A leading London based developer is currently looking to appoint a Technical Manager to help run a landmark scheme based in East London. Due to increased activity on the project, which is set to last for at least the next 10 years, the company is keen to attract a high calibre individual to help successfully take the project through to completion.

The company, which has an extensive portfolio across London, has seen high yields from its developments over the years. As a result of its sustained growth, it has positioned itself centrally within the London development market and prides itself on its ability to attract and retain the best market talent.

For this position, the successful candidate will gain the opportunity to lead a team within a successful business unit and, depending upon performance against target, progress higher within the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

A relevant degree / accreditation
Relevant experience working as a Technical Manager, ideally from a private developer
Extensive design development management ability
Strong value engineering experience
Ability to run and develop new and existing teams
Extensive knowledge of building regulations
