Award-winning Developer who builds bespoke design properties urgently requires a Technical Manager / Design Manager to work from their busy growing office.

The Developer is entrepreneurial, opportunistic, and delivers high-quality houses in the South East.

The role is for a Technical Manager, and the successful candidate will be required to manage the architects and consultants to ensure the designs are deliverable and liaise with the construction teams to ensure the product is being built in accordance with the designs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to make the step up or a seasoned Technical Manager to join a fast-moving entrepreneurial business that has a track record for looking after their staff and having a low staff turnover.
