I am currently representing an up-and-coming residential developer based in Wickford, Essex. This role is for a Senior Technical Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing, on a given number of sites, comprehensive technical information and support to enable regional objectives and targets to be achieved in a Senior Technical Coordinator role.
Responsibilities include:
- Organising the preparation of site viability studies and resolving technical issues identified during planning applications.
- Commissioning surveys and reports to ensure all information is available for pre-start/concept meetings.
- Instructing, supervising, and monitoring consultants on post-acquisition work, ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC Standards.
- Ensuring all solutions are cost-effective and practical.
- Protecting the company’s interests and providing technical details for pricing, ensuring timely and budget-compliant information issuance.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Coordinator.
