Technical Coordinator – East London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + pkg DOE
Location: East London
Top Design and build company with a strong background within the construction industry currently seeking an innovative experienced Technical Coordinator to come aboard the team.
They are a forward thinking company that do a mixture of interesting work ranging from high rise apartments and homes which involves Reinforced Concrete projects.

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities
- Carry out internal processes and procedures with the use of trackers, reports and checklist
- Manager the preparation of project terms and Proposals
- Manage the design programme and prepare monthly client reports
- Co-ordinate information and liaise with in house architects, civil and structural engineers and landscape architects.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments.
- Attend the design meetings between the subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders
Personal Specification
- 3 years’ experience within the construction industry
- Specific experience through entire project cycle on residential
- Good understanding of technical detailing and compliance requirements
- Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
- Degree qualified or Equivalent
- Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
