Location: West London

I have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Co-ordinator to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, initially working on site, on a large residential project in West London. The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England. Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their Technical team as soon as possible. The ideal person will have some experience working on large new build residential projects for a reputable housebuilder. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding Technical team and work on some excellent projects.

Experience:

  • Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant qualifications
  • Ideally C.I.A.T Qualified
  • Track record working for a reputable housebuilder
  • Experience working on RC frame apartments / Traditional Build houses
  • AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power Point
  • Design and engineering construction knowledge
  • Technical and Building Construction knowledge
  • Building Regulations knowledge
  • A good understanding of NHBC legislation
  • Strong on Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
  • Good understanding of Planning legislation
  • Able to commute to West London on a daily basis
