Established House Builder with a large pipeline of sites urgently require a Technical Coordinator to join their busy team. The company has an excellent reputation for quality build and having a tailored house type and retention of their core staff. The role will be to support the Technical Managers working on development sites from 50 units – 200 units. The units are tailored for the location and area, thus offering something a little bit different to standard housing types, keeping the role interesting. The role will be to process and coordinate plans and drawings of the schemes in question.
The ideal candidate will come from an architectural background and have worked at either a consultancy or developer/house builder and be looking to make a progressive step forward in their career.
