I have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Southern region near Woking, Surrey.
The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £20m in value. They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high-quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.
Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Quantity Surveyor that can work on large projects autonomously. Project values are on average circa £10m, and they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is capable of delivering projects from inception through to completion.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree Qualified
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Able to work autonomously on large projects, circa £10m in value
- Experienced working on D&B projects
- Ideally new build and refurbishment experience
- Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
- Full UK Drivers’ license
- Able to commute to Surrey (near Woking) on a daily basis
