Solid Residential Developer building new homes for a number of years, delivering enviable quality homes throughout the South East and London. They work on a range of residential projects from medium size to large-scale developments as well as mixed use projects and are financially strong with a good portfolio of work.
Due to their success they are looking to expand the Technical Team based in Surrey and are specifically seeking a strong professional who is able to oversee projects from start to finish and able to drive a team to meet high standards of work.
They are seeking an individual who has good knowledge within the residential sector, able to really hit the ground running, self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate and lead the design process. Looking for someone who can demonstrate stability on their CV but also seeking someone who is ready to take their next exciting challenge.
Key Attributes- Able to lead multiple large scale residential projects
- Capable of managing and developing a team which will include a variety of Technical and Design staff of all levels.
- Experienced in high rise reinforced concrete schemes
- Degree Qualified and Chartered.
- Experienced professional with a background in Engineering or Architecture.
- Need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
- Solid experience (preferably 5 years minimum) of running projects from concept stage through to completion
