A well respected Developer delivering a quality product throughout the home counties urgently require a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.
Based near Sunbury, the role is to control cost on sites developing properties between the values of £400k – £1.5m and is a mixture of detached properties through to flats. The product is of good quality and they are renowned for producing a product that sells off plan that is affordable but high spec.
The team is an excellent team of Commercial staff that includes other Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers and buyers. The environment is a vibrant place that has much activity and is a genuinely great place to work.
The successful candidate will have between 4 – 7 years experience and it is preferred if they are from a developing background but not essential. The client will look at people from numerous backgrounds including main contracting, utilities, civil or rail providing you have a genuine interest in residential development and that you have the knowledge and enthusiasm to be successful within this Residential Developer.
