We have an immediate requirement for a Sub Agent to work with a main contractor on a major civil infrastructure framework in Cardiff. Our client is looking for candidates who can hit the ground running.

The purpose of the project is the construction of multiple multidisciplinary civils and bridges infrastructure including step-free access works, bridges, gantries, new footbridges, platform extension/alterations, fit out, ticket line improvements and associated line side civils works.

Reporting to the Project Director, the core duties will include:

  • Overseeing all civils activities on site
  • Management of the civil and structural supply chain including procurement and subcontractor management
  • Planning upcoming works on short term programmes
  • Providing support to the Planning Manager for the project programme.

Our client is looking for a candidate to start ASAP. Candidates should have either PTS, CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS and must have recent and significant LU or NWR experience to be familiar with LU/NWR systems and procedures. Due to the existing need we are seeking PERM candidates.
