Due to targeted growth within the Midlands region, an award winning Residential Developer is looking to recruit an experienced Senior QS to commercially lead a 6 year, 400+ unit development in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.
Reporting into a Commercial Director, you will be fully accountable for all Commercial Activities on site as well as building and leading a commercial team below you.
For a proven Senior QS with a background in traditional house building, this is an excellent opportunity to have the stability of a long term project whilst joining a growing organisation that positively promotes from within.
On offer for this Senior QS opportunity is a salary guide of £75,000 – £85,000 p.a. plus bonus, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
