My client, a strong medium-sized residential developer, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a strong Site or Senior Site Manager for a residential project in Kent.
The scheme consists of traditionally built houses and apartments with a split of affordable and privately owned homes and will run over the next 2.5/3 years.
The ideal candidate must have experience with a small/medium-sized developer working on traditionally built schemes from inception to completion, with experience in excess of 200 units.
