Site Manager – Residential
Salary: £190 – £230 per day
Location: Mill Hill, London

We are currently working with one of the leading residential developers in London who have a large development in North West London, working on a large block of flats that has the RC frame already in place.
They currently require an experienced Site Manager on a freelance basis who has experience of working for large developers on high rise projects and who is used to working to tight deadlines. You will be working on site as a number 2 Site Manager, reporting into the Project Manager and will be overseeing all subcontractors as well as ensuring health and safety is being adhered to and all RAMS are followed.
It would also be beneficial if you have experience of dealing with technical questions on drawings and have liaised with architects and engineers to sort out any potential problems that may arise with design on the project.
