The predicted salary is between 34000 - 46000 £ per year.
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for a main contractor within their rail division on a number of projects in the London area. You will be responsible for day to day management of the site, reporting into the Project Manager/Package Manager.
Ideal Candidate will be:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within the Civil Rail sector
- Track safety card required
- SMSTS Qualified
- CSCS
- Progressed from main contractor background
- HND or Degree Qualified or 5 years relevant experience
Brief Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing construction activities of construction contracts within the area of responsibility at each geographic location or system based area
- Producing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Early warnings, securing permits and licences
- Develop relationships with the client, issue reports to the client
- Completing daily reports; keeping the Project Manager informed of contract and site progress.
- Ensuring that drawings and specification documents contain sufficient, accurate information for the construction of works
- Ordering of materials
- Strictly enforce general Health & Safety Procedures on Site
- Toolbox Talks
