Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + package

Location: Norfolk

A leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes, and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The company is an innovative and ambitious business that combines its industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.

The business is thriving and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, particularly on the new build side. As a result, they are looking to bring in a Site Manager to work on small to medium-sized new build housing sites, all within the Norfolk region.

This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding company, build on your current skills and experience, and work on some excellent projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
  • Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
  • Experience building homes using traditional construction methods
  • Career focused and driven to succeed
  • First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
  • Able to work in / commute to Norfolk on a daily basis
