A leading Regional Main Contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in the Cambridgeshire region.
The company has been around for many years and has achieved continuous growth and success, combining traditional values with an innovative and forward-thinking approach.
As a business, they provide design, sustainable, partnered construction, and project management services for private and public sector clients on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, up to £50m in value.
They carry out new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, industrial, defence, heritage, and housing. They are looking for a Site Manager with a track record of working on multiple projects for a reputable main contractor.
Experience:
- Strong track record of managing a range of projects of various sizes, delivered on time and to budget
- Main contracting background
- Excellent all-round construction knowledge and experience
- Private and public sector experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Full UK drivers’ license
- Able to commute and work in Cambridgeshire
