Site Manager – High Spec Residential

I am working with a client who is a leading contractor who constructs high spec residential developments.

They are looking for an Internal Site Manager to join their team in Central London on a High End Residential New Build & Refurbishment Project.

As Site Manager (Internals) you will be expected to:

1. Ensure each project is completed on time, within a set budget.
2. Supervise all sub-contractors on site.
3. Plan & organise the day to day workload of each sub-contractor.
4. Ensure all health & safety procedures are in place.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience managing the construction of high end residential developments within the UK.
2. An observant and analytical personality.
3. The drive & determination to push projects through.
4. Must reside in the UK.
