This Main Contractor is well-known in the construction industry for their impressive track record that has been with them for over 40 years. They have a strong pipeline of work with one of the lowest staff turnovers in the construction industry. The client specialises in refurbishment and fit-out projects in the sectors of heritage, industrial, retail, leisure, residential, exterior, and office schemes. This project is working on a £3m swanky CAT B office fit-out. Ideal candidate 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager. Degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification. Main contracting experience. A strong track record as a Site Manager. Experience seeing projects from inception to completion. Refurbishment or fit-out experience is required. CSCS Card. SMSTS certificate. First Aid Certificate. The responsibilities for this role Overseeing all of the site staff including subcontractors. Ensuring health and safety is up to the client’s standard. Responsibility for the entire site. Ensuring all method statements are correct. Site managing the project from start to finish.
