Senior Technical Manager – Berkshire Salary: Up to £80,000 plus package Location: Berkshire Renowned major residential developer with years of expertise within the construction industry and strong financial backing, allowing them to function autonomously and secure new developments. Deliver various residential schemes from medium traditional build schemes to luxury apartments. Due to the successful delivery of previous projects and a strong portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Manager in the residential construction industry to join the team. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a technical role. Experience of working on a mixed tenure private/affordable apartment development. 2 years’ experience of developing junior employees. Knowledgeable in the planning process. Capable of managing and developing a team which includes a variety of technical staff of all levels. Experienced in residential traditional build projects. Experienced professional with a previous history working for a residential developer. Good problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
