Reputable residential developer who specialise in new build developments in both traditional build and reinforced concrete schemes working out of their Essex office.
Seeking an experienced senior technical coordinator who has experience working on new build residential developments and will report into the senior technical manager.
You will be working closely with the technical team during the process of the development including the drawing packages, working closely with the architectural team to ensure packages are delivered on time and liaising with the commercial and production team during the development.
Senior Technical Coordinator Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Technical Management to ensure that all design are in accordance with the expectation of the project
- Ensure that all legal requirements are approved to ensure that projects begin and are constructed of the highest standard
- Be present on site occasionally in order to carry out site checks.
- Formulate and continuously develop briefs, by organising applicable information as instructed by the Technical Manager
- Follow technical processes and procedure whilst carry out your role and improve or address any Technical issues in order to improve the process of any given project.
- Checking full working drawing packages.
Personal Specification
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a coordination role
- Experience of working on a Residential projects of Houses and Apartments
- Qualification or Degree within Architecture or coming from an architectural practice
- Strong and Effective Leadership skills
