A leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join them, working on a huge, long-term regeneration scheme in South East London.
The company is an innovative and ambitious business that combines its industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work. They are working on a long-term regeneration scheme in South East London comprising the demolition and redevelopment of over 1000 homes, with circa 1500 new high-quality, mixed tenure homes. This is a long-term scheme that is well underway with many years left to run.
The company is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Co-ordinator with a strong track record working on residential/regeneration schemes for a reputable main contractor or developer. The successful person will be site-based in South East London but will have to occasionally travel up to the company offices near Watford, Hertfordshire.
- Experience of coordinating, managing and providing technical guidance and support to residential developments/regeneration schemes
- Be able to lead and manage a team
- Ideally C.I.A.T Qualified
- Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
- AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power Point
- Design and engineering construction knowledge
- Technical and Building Construction knowledge
- Building Regulations knowledge
- A good understanding of NHBC legislation
- Strong on Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
- Good understanding of Planning legislation
